Click Add to Cart on the product you wish to buy and then either confirm to continue shopping or go straight to the checkout and payment pages. After you have finished your selection, click on Checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept all electronic payments via PayPal. You will require an account with PayPal (free to set up). We charge for items immediately and ship downloads when we receive notification from PayPal - usually within 7 working days (but please allow 28 days for posted items).
Shipping And Handling
All downloads have free shipping.
We have different charges for shipping and handling physical products, depending on where in the world you live. See Order form for details.
Delivery Schedule All electronic purchases (electronic books and software) will be delivered within 2 working days of payment (unless there are problems with either FishesEye Publishing's server, or one of our resellers' servers, or the customer’s server, or if the email address provided by the customer is invalid, in which case FishesEye Publishing cannot be held responsible for any delay. Other material will be delivered within 28 days of purchase (although FishesEye Publishing cannot accept responsibility for any loss incurred during delivery or for any postal delays due to strike action).
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges We are not currently VAT registered so no charge for tax is made.

Guarantee UK Statutory rights apply. This means that if any item is faulty we will give a full refund once the item has been returned to us.
Returns Policy In line with UK law, customers are entitled to their money back only if they cancel the purchase within 7 days of receiving the goods (by returning the items with a letter of explanation), this does not apply to our downloads (ebooks and software). It also does not apply to products which are no longer in the condition they were received i.e. compact discs must still be sealed in their cases and other products must be undamaged or unopened if applicable. This does not affect customers statuary rights. All other refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.

From outside of the UK by cheques in pounds or euros (sent at the buyer's risk)., drawn on a UK or European bank account respectively.
